That Elantra is in surprisingly decent-
looking shape...

Wow, I wonder if they still have any old stock... Can't have been much demand after they exited.

It’s just a shop now, so probably not.

It is certainly well accessorised by relics of the Noughties!

Crazy that they never took the signs down. I guess the owners didn’t have any other franchises, and figured they’d keep on as a Daewoo specialist service center, but you’d think they’d have washed their hands of the branding after awhile.

I saw a pristine Lanos sedan street parked the other day. I really should have stopped to take a picture. Only in California.

I’ve miraculously found it on Google Street View. Looks like it’s been street parking around there since at least Oct 2017. A true hero. https://goo.gl/maps/c1CF31htwQxcdWah6

I saw a Plymouth dealership somewhere in rural Florida once. It wasn’t some old guys classic car shop/relic , it was selling new Dodges/Jeeps/Mopars, just under old signage.

Bad language, but here’s another 2000s relic that seems relevant

Our local Ford dealer sold Daewoos. At one point, it was a Ford-Lincoln-Mercury-Mazda-Daewoo dealer. Now, it’s Ford, Lincoln, and Mazda. I’m waiting for them to drop the Mazda franchise.

As we passed the dealer, my coworker quoted this.

I doubt it. I’m pretty sure it’s now just an independent shop, the signs were just left up.
